Common Shipping Questions

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you still cannot find it after 24 hours, email our support team at support@primebiome-us.com with the name and email address you used during checkout, and we will locate your order.

My tracking number shows no movement. Is there a problem?

It is normal for tracking information to take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping label is created. If your tracking has shown no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@primebiome-us.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

My package was marked as delivered but I haven't received it.

Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered before it arrives, or it may have been left with a neighbor, at a front desk, or in a secure location. Please wait 24 hours, check with neighbors and building management, and then contact us if it has not appeared. We will work with you to resolve the situation.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the delivery address. Email support@primebiome-us.com as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once the package is in transit, address changes are no longer possible.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please email support@primebiome-us.com with a photo of the damaged package and product, your order number, and a brief description. Our team will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
